What's Included in Your Service Visit
When one of our engineers visits, they will:

Test every detector to confirm it's responding correctly

Check internal and external sounders are working properly

Assess the health of your back-up battery

Review signalling, app connectivity (for HKC systems) and overall system status

Provide a 12-month parts & labour warranty once the service is complete
If anything needs attention, we'll flag it there and then — and if an issue crops up within the warranty period, we'll come back and put it right at no extra cost (for our own installations only).
